Cast Polyamide Production

Our company manufactures engineering plastic (PA6 G) using the monomer casting method under the registered ÖZLON® brand.

Cast polyamide is a special type of polyamide (or nylon) and is generally known for its properties such as high strength, wear resistance, and impact resistance.

Additionally, pure cast polyamide materials like ÖZLON® offer a significant advantage with their food compatibility feature. This feature ensures that cast polyamide material can be safely used in applications that come into contact with food.

Cast polyamide is usually produced by molding or casting methods. In this process, polyamide in raw material form is poured into molds under high temperatures and pressure to be shaped. This process is particularly effective in the production of parts with complex geometries.

Cast polyamide has a wide range of applications and is frequently preferred in industrial applications. This material, which is widely used in various sectors such as automotive, textile, food, iron-steel, electrical-electronics, and machinery manufacturing, is used in the production of gears, bearings, bushings, helices, and many other parts and components.

Cast polyamide is preferred especially in applications requiring high strength due to its durability and machinability. Additionally, its impact resistance provides reliable performance in various industrial environments. The food compatibility feature allows cast polyamide to be used in various food processing and packaging applications, supporting the material's wide range of uses.
