Our company produces engineering plastic
(PA6 G) using the monomer casting method with the registered ÖZLON® trademark. We also supply various technical plastic, composite and metal materials.

ÖZLON®;

• With its non-fatigue feature, there is absolutely no structural change due to time and weather conditions.
• With its non-abrasion feature, there is no size variation in operating conditions between –40 °C and +170 °C. It can be used up to +240 °C (e.g., Calender cylinders) thanks to its smooth deformation and mass expansion.
• Regarding that ÖZLON® is a neutral material, it does not produce bacteria.
• Has a high modulus of elasticity (3400 MPa).
• No crushing and collapse happen in case of impact. It is an outstanding industrial material with extraordinary properties such as very high electrical insulation (25 kV/mm), being six or seven times lighter than metals such as brass, bronze, and aluminum, being mechanically superior, quiet operation possibility, and easy processing.

• Rods:
  ÖZLON® rods are produced in Ø10mm, Ø15mm, Ø20mm, Ø25mm, Ø30mm, Ø35mm, Ø40mm, Ø45mm, Ø50mm, Ø60mm, Ø70mm, Ø80 Ø90mm, Ø105mm, Ø110mm, Ø115mm, Ø120mm, Ø130mm, Ø140mm, Ø150mm, Ø160mm, Ø170mm, Ø180mm, Ø190mm, Ø200mm, Ø225mm, Ø250mm, Ø270mm and Ø300mm diameters, with the standard lengths of 500 or 1000mm.
• Sheets:
  ÖZLON® sheets are produced in d=10mm, d=15mm, d=20mm, d=25mm, d=30mm, d=40mm, d=45mm, d=50mm, d=60mm, d=70mm, d=80mm, d=90mm and d=100mm thickness, with the standard size of 500mm×1000 mm.

ÖZLON® is cut in all sizes according to the customer's demand. Upon order, the diameter can be up to Ø800mm, length up to 3200mm for rods. Thickness up to 700mm and size up to 900mm×3200mm for sheets.

In addition, we can produce cylinders with an outer diameter of Ø800mm, inner diameter upon request, and length up to 3200mm.
